Arizona State: One of the top players in the history of ASU water polo, McGrath enters her junior year after earning AWPCA Honorable Mention All-America honors in 2006... climbed higher in several career categories, including No. 3 in goals scored (93), fourth in points (136) and fifth in assists (43)... has been selected as a member of the U.S. Junior National Team... has also joined the Sun Devil track and field team and will compete in the javelin during the outdoor season... 2007: Turned in a solid sophomore campaign that saw her earn AWPCA Honorable Mention All-America honors as well as placement on the All-MPSF Honorable Mention team... led the team in scoring with 88 points on a team-high 54 goals and second-best 34 assists... finished the year ranked No. 10 in scoring in the MPSF with a 1.93 goals per game average... her point total ranks as the best in a single season (previous was 83 by Kim Yost in 2002) while her goal and assist totals rank second all-time... led the team with 3-plus goals scored in a game seven times and was second in multiple-goal games with 12... also was second on the team with multiple-assist games with nine... posted career-bests in assists in a game with four against No. 14 Long Beach State (4/14/07) and steals with five at No. 20 CS Northridge (3/25/07)... equaled bests with four goals and seven points against No. 12 UC Santa Barbara at the MPSF Championships... earned MPSF All-Academic honors... 2006: Finished second on the team in scoring with 48 points on 39 goals and nine assists... opened her career in fine fashion by scoring four goals and adding one assist in the team's 10-5 win at No. 20 Cal Baptist... scored at least one goal in 22 of 28 games, including 10 games with two or more goals... tallied two scores each in back-to-back upset victories over No. 7 Michigan and No. 5 Hawaii... finished the season ranked 19th in scoring in the MPSF and was the fifth-highest scoring freshman... selected as the Mikasa MPSF Player of the Week (April 11) after scoring a hat-trick at No. 8 San Jose State to lead the team to a 5-3 upset win on the road... selected to compete for the USA Junior National Team over the summer, competing internationally twice... helped team to 2-1 record at the Pythia Cup by scoring six goals in three games... team also placed second at the Trofeo Liguira in Rapallo, Italy, falling to Russia, 17-14, in the final... scored two goals in Italy, including one in a 7-4 win over Hungary and one in the final.
