Full-time students wanting to try out for the ASU men's basketball team can start the process by filling out the Tryout Route Form located on the second floor of the Carson Student-Athlete Center in the compliance department lobby. Potential walk-ons must fill out this purple form, with instructions located on the compliance office lobby window.

Before attending tryouts on Wednesday, October 19, the form must be filled out completely and signed by Susanna Tamol in the compliance department between 10 a.m.-4 p.m. No forms will be signed after 4:30p.m. on Tuesday, October 18. Tryouts are from 5:30-7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 19 at Wells Fargo Arena.

All prospective student-athlete must bring the completed and signed purple form to tryouts on Wednesday morning. See Susanna Tamol in person for a copy of the form.
