SUN DEVIL STADIUM SERVICES & ACCOMMODATIONS FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIESTICKETSAll accessible seating areas in Sun Devil Stadium are marked and individually ticketed by the ASU ticket office. Please make sure to indicate the accommodation needed when purchasing your ticket so that the ticket office may provide you with the best available and most appropriate seating location. Accessible seating is provided for those individuals requiring it and a companion seat will be sold for every accessible seat sold. (Additional companion seats may be purchased, based on availability, up to and including game day.) PARKINGEvent Day Ticket Purchase/Pick-Up: Short-term parking is available for guests purchasing or picking up tickets at the stadium ticket office. This area (Reserved South) is located at the northeast corner of College and Stadium Drive and is available until 2 hours prior to the event.Accessible Event Day Parking: There are currently 383 disabled parking spaces available during football games at Sun Devil Stadium. These reserved spaces, located in the Disabled Lot outside the northeast stadium gates, can be accessed from either the north or south end of Packard Drive. A state-issued disabled plate or placard must be presented together with the appropriate ASU or Cardinals parking pass to enter this reserved lot. Any spaces remaining, beyond those held by season pass holders, will be made available on a first come-first served, paid basis to those guests with the state issued plate or placard. Once the lot is full, the parking attendant will direct you to the closest public pay lot. Passenger Drop-Off: Guests without parking passes but with extenuating circumstances (i.e. mobility impairments) may be dropped off just inside the reserved Disabled Lot. Guest Shuttle: On game days, ASU Parking & Transit Services provides two non-wheelchair accessible golf carts to shuttle guests from the Disabled Lot to the northeast stadium gates.
STADIUMCart Service: A cart service (including passenger & wheelchair carts) is provided for guests requiring assistance in getting to and from the gates and the main concourse. the carts begin their service when the gates open to the public and conclude once the stadium has been cleared. There are five designated pick-up and drop-off areas located just inside the Southeast, Southwest, Northeast, North and Northwest gates.Seating: There are more than 400 disabled seats in Sun Devil Stadium located in seven different areas of the lower bowl:
* Note: Both the North & Southeast Field Disabled areas can only be accessed from their corresponding field gate. Concession Stands: Accessible, permanent concession stands are available in the East and West main concourses as well as the South concession stands located behind sections 38-40. Restrooms: There are a total of 35 accessible restrooms located throughout Sun Devil Stadium including three family restrooms located behind sections 29,39, and in the northeast field-level tunnel. Also included are six men's and six women's restrooms that are wheelchair accessible, located at field level in the north tunnel, as well as on the east, west and north main concourses. Accommodations for the Deaf or Hard of Hearing: Assistive Listening Devices are available at the Guest Assistance Centers located at field level behind section 38 and on the main concourse behind section 15. Closed Captioning is shown on the Stadium Video Replay Board as well as on all television monitors within the stadium. TDD/TTY telephones are available at the Guest Assistance Centers located behind section 38 and on the main concourse behind section 13. Service Animals: Guide dogs, signal dogs or other animals individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability may enter the stadium with that individual.
