My heart and prayors are with the Tillman family. I watched Pat play all of his seasons at ASU and the Cardnials and was a fan of him as a player. Now I am a fan for the man he is. This is not about Pat being a Sun Devil or a football player. This is about him being a Patriot. Pat,like all of our brave soldiers, did his job and made the sacrafice. In a society that has become a "me first" attitude, Pat showed what our priorites should be. JFK once said,"ask not what your country can do for You, But what can you do for your country". Pat Tillman showed what that means. GOD BLESS YOU PAT, YOUR BROTHER AND ALL OF OUR TROOPS

My children & I will always remember Pat's spirit, both on & off the field. His loyalty & honor toward his fans & toward his country were truly inspirational. He was so kind to my children when after ASU games they would ask for his autograph..he would always smile & graciously give it. He may not have wanted to be called a hero, and we know he's not the only one, but he is a hero & a role model for the way all of us should live our live. Thank you Pat!! You & your family remain in our thoughts & especially our prayers. God bless you!

I can only say i felt tremendous grief when i heard of Pat's unfortunate ending. I felt as though i knew him well thru his days at ASU and as a Cardinal's football player, yet we never met. This is indeed a tragic time for his wife and family and my prayers go out to them. He was "a man's man" and will always be a hero in my eyes, and, i am sure, all that knew him or of him. God Bless you Pat and thanks for all the wonderful thoughts and memories you have left for us. It will last us a lifetime. Until we meet again......May Peace be with you.

Our prayers and deepest sympathies go out to The Tillman Family. It was with much excitement that my husband and I watched Pat during each and every game, both at ASU and as an AZ Cardinal. Pat...may God bless you and keep you in His loving hands for all you have done and been. Thank you for paying the ultimate sacrifice so that so many could be free.

I am still in shock over our loss of Pat Tillman. What an inspiration he was to all of us. He will be forever in our hearts for giving his life fighting for our country and for his beliefs. However, I am also angry that he was taken from this earth at such a young age. My prayers to his wife & family and to Pat that he is now at peace.

Pat was more than a hero, he was also a classmate of mine. He had an old soul and knew what his purpose was in this life. Many feel he sacrificed a lot to give up football. But, I'd like to think that he would have sacrified his true passion, if he didn't "walk away from it all" and join the service. He knew exactly what he wanted his life to stand for, and unlike many of us he actually took the risk to realize his true calling. His death is bittersweet to me. While I mourn his loss, I also know that he died doing exactly what he knew he was supposed to doing in his lifetime. He has created a legacy and is an inspiration to so many of us.

Pat Tillman was and still does represent a true American Hero. He gave up everything to serve his country and served to make sure every American has their freedom. He was a person that thought about everyone elses well being.Pat Tillman should always be remembered as someone who put his life on the line to make sure our country is and always will be a safe place to live. Will always think of him as what a true American really is.
God Bless America, Pat Tillman and his family.

I was shocked to see this terrible news when I turned on my computer Friday morning. As a teenager, I watched Pat play here at ASU. I have never seen someone play with so much heart, perserverance, and determination. He was truly one of a kind. I don't think that there is any professional athlete out there today that would do what Tilly did. My thoughts and prayers are with the Tillman family. God rest your soul Pat Tillman. You are surely missed and will be loved forever.
